When you can't meet face to face, audio conferencing is an effective alternative. Also called phone conferencing and teleconferencing, it brings together any number of people from almost anywhere in the world.

Reservationless services

Reservationless
Meet over the phone without having to schedule. You can have a conference call, whenever you want, wherever you are, with up to 50 participants.

Local and Global Access Numbers
Participants from around the world or TIers who are traveling can dial into conference calls using local dial-in numbers. Local numbers are easier to dial and more cost-effective than using international long distance numbers.

 

Scheduled services

Scheduled Audio
Scheduled Audio is recommended for day-to-day calls when an operator is not required for the duration of the call. Single-use passcodes add an additional layer of security over our Reservationless service.

Operator Assisted
Operator Assisted conferences feature a highly-trained Call Coordinator who assists with scheduling, greeting, and connecting participants - ensuring that your conference is as productive as possible. This service is ideal for sales presentations or product introductions.

Premium Service
Premium Service allows you to take advantage of the full suite of features that TI Audio Conferencing offers, such as communication link, reminder call, replay, Q&A.
